Dry coolers

Dry Coolers are units with a certain capacity that maintain the correct temperature in industrial processes. They are essential for companies that have production or assembly plants, among other things, as well as for industrial installations. A cooling block is cooled with outside air via the heat exchanger. Process water then flows through the cooling block, reducing the temperature of the water. Dry Coolers allow you to cool and/or heat a liquid (such as water, glycol, oil, etc.) in a closed circuit, depending on the outside conditions.

A Dry Cooler works with the ambient temperature in a similar way to cooling towers. The advantages of dry coolers over cooling towers are their size and the ease with which the units are installed and positioned. The dry coolers also require minimal maintenance and offer high performance, which is a very favorable investment for any company.

For example, we offer the AWS, a drycooler with a single row of fans, the AWD, a unit with a double row of fans, the AWSV, a unit with two coils and a single row of fans (V-shape), and the AWS-EPA, a unit equipped with an integrated adiabatic pre-cooler. All Mark dry coolers are robust, easy to install and weather resistant.

The Mark Dry Coolers are made of galvanized steel for both horizontal and vertical mounting using the appropriate kit. For installation, the devices are equipped with anchor and lifting points. The chassis and housing are fully protected with a high corrosion resistance paint that provides maximum weather resistance. The parts are individually coated in RAL 9002, prior to assembly. The advantages: optimized heat exchangers and fans, compact appliances, quiet, robust, economical and wired right down to the terminal box.
