Hybrid controller

Hybrid control for combining new or existing gas-fired air heaters (GS+/GSX/GSD) or electric air heaters (Tanner MDE) with a Mistral MDX heat pump system. The installed capacity of the Mistral MDX unit can be low because the gas-fired heater(s) provide the required power during severe cold. This way one saves significantly on energy costs.

To use the Hybrid controller, a PinTherm Mistral and an outdoor temperature sensor should be ordered with the unit.
